1. Refund Eligibility (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), customers in the UK have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel their order and request a full refund.

  • Refund Period: The 14-day period starts from the day after the customer receives the goods (or the last item in a multiple-order delivery).

  • Return Condition: To qualify for a refund, products must be:

    • Unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

    • Returned with all packaging

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer covers return shipping costs, unless the product was at fault, damaged, or not as described.

    • If the product is defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund (including original delivery costs).

  • Refund Process:

    • Customers must submit a refund request via our online contact form, including:

      • Full name

      • Delivery address

      • Order number

      • Date of order/receipt

    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

2. Refund Policy for Customers Outside the UK

For international customers (outside the UK), refund rights depend on local consumer laws, which may differ.

  • 14-Day Refund Window (Voluntary Policy):

    • We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery (same as UK policy).

    • However, this is not legally required in all jurisdictions, so we apply it as a goodwill gesture.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty.

    • Refunds do not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Refund Process:

    • Same as UK process (request via online form).

    • Refunds may take longer due to international banking processes.​

Important Notes

  • UK Law Clarification: The 14-day period legally starts from delivery date (not order date).

  • Late Returns: Refunds may be refused if the product is returned after 14 days or in used condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or sealed digital products may be exempt.

This policy ensures compliance with UK law while providing a fair and transparent returns process for all customers.
